All php versions: 5.6 - 8.6 has now been upgraded on all servers.

Maintenance completed successfully.

upgrades nearly done. expect rolling reboots on all servers in the near future.

Embergo lifted and we will patch php versions from 5.6 to 8.6 now.

As a matter of precation, we have taken down the following services:
roundcube webmail
squirrelmail webmail
phpmyadmin

while we wait for vendor updates.

-mailservice is not affected, only the webmail.

While waiting for the embargo to lift on patches for PHP CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619 we will be hardening and applying mitigations thoughout our stack.

Expect intermiddent downtime on PHP based services. Known mitigations have already been rolled out to the entire fleet and we are considering further hardening.
