As of 10.06 all services has been restored and this issue is resolved.
It´s is finally black friday here aswell.

We are pleased to inform you, that the splicing of the damaged fiber has been completed and all services should be restored now.
The fiber cut happened during road construction work when new guardrails were being installed along the highway. The guardrail posts hit our fibre cable in multiple places along the road south west of Aarhus.
We are sorry for the inconvenience the outage has caused you and your end customers.

We now have preliminary ETRs for the repair work.
Splicing commences before 13:30 CET Repair done and hands of the fiber: 19:00 CET

update: Preparations for laying a new cable has been initiated at the cut location by our technicians.
Unfortunately, still no ETR available at this moment, but we will forward any new information to you as soon as we receive it.
We are still actively pursuing alternate means of restoring connectivity. More updates soon.

We have found where the cable are damaged by road work. A team is on its way to splice the fibers. The splicing work should start around 08.30.
Currently there is no estimated time of resolvement. We will continue to update this thread as soon a we get more info.
